Thank you for your interest in being part of the 3Nailz ministry team. This introductory letter applies to all 3nailz ministry positions.

3Nailz is a part-time, yet professional, all volunteer ministry that uses music as a means of outreach. We write our own music, as well as cover praise and worship songs. Thus far, we have written many songs, with 23 recorded on three CDs (two full-length CDs and one three-song EP). We are currently an unsigned independent band, though we were previously signed to an indie label. While we all share a passion to be a full-time ministry, and are working toward that goal, our primary objective is to serve our Lord and Savior in whatever capacity He wills for us. We take our music very seriously, but performing music is merely our tool for reaching people with the message of salvation through Jesus Christ. We take our ministry to heart.

Becoming a part of our ministry is a serious commitment. Everyone who is part of the 3Nailz team is much more than a musician, manager, or production assistant. They believe in and are devoted to 3Nailz and our calling to minister through music. These people are part of the ministry because God has brought them to us.

While, as mentioned above, we are working towards becoming a full-time ministry, for now, 3Nailz is an all volunteer project. All proceeds fund travel expenses, studio time, promotional projects, future purchases of common equipment, etc. 3Nailz performs often for only love offerings, merchandise sales, and/or minimal booking fees. Meals on the road are most often out-of-pocket. 3Nailz members often “pitch in” to the best of their ability to help cover travel expenses not otherwise met. While this is not a requirement, we mention this to demonstrate the level of commitment our members have to spreading the Gospel. We strongly encourage you to seek God’s will through prayer before making any commitment to our ministry.

If you feel you would like to be a part of our ministry, here are a few things we believe are a "must" in anyone we are considering to be a 3Nailz member:
  • Be a stable follower of Jesus Christ.
  • Live a lifestyle that glorifies Christ.
  • Attend a Church regularly.
  • Provide a letter of reference/recommendation from your Pastor.
  • Have  a humble spirit and work well as a team member.
  • Be able to attend practice on a regular schedule. Normal practice is on Tuesday  evenings at 7 p.m. and lasts about 2-3 hours. Practice is held in Easley, SC.
  • Be at least 18 years of age and out of High School.
  • Have transportation to and from rehearsals and staging point for road trips.
  • Be willing and able to travel on weekends and occasionally some weekdays.
  • Have a genuine desire to Glorifiy Christ and a Heart for ministry.
Again, Thank you for your interest in our ministry. God Bless!
